What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Any appointments which are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file. Any no-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the booked services.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We understand when life gets ahead of you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the service with the stylist you reserved, but please call to notify us of delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment.
How long will my appointment take?​
Haircuts are usually scheduled for 1 hour. Color appointments can vary depending on the desired look. We usually recommend reserving anywhere from 3-5 hours in your schedule. For a more accurate time expectation please give us a call at the salon. We know your time is valuable. If you have a time constraint, please inform your stylist at the beginning of your appointment and we will try our best to accommodate.
Do you sell gift certificates?
We do! You can purchase them easily through our booking site and they will be emailed directly to you. Purchase one here.
When can I wash my hair before and after a color service?​
Coming into the salon with clean hair before your color service is preferable but not necessary. Please make sure that your hair and scalp are clean of any temporary grey touch-up products such as waxes or sprays. They may affect our products ability to penetrate the hair and work effectively.
Please refrain from washing your hair for 48 hours after your service has been completed.
Do you take walk-in appointments​
Yes! However, we do suggest making an appointment to schedule with a particular stylist as well as avoiding a wait. All previously scheduled appointments do take priority over walk-in clients.
